The hits just keep on coming! DMV hearing of August 26, 2004. Another win!! Charles K. had been arrested in Westminster, on June 24, 2004. Charles K., when arrested took a blood test, showing a blood alcohol content of .12!!!! Yet on August 26, 2004, MISTER DUI, GLEN S. IMPOSSIBLE CASE?? NO WAY!!!! .32 blood alcohol level; 4 times the legal limit!!!!!?? August 12, 2004--in the very difficult case of Randy C., arrested on March 8, 2004, we show there are no hopeless cases. Randy, after crashing his car, was arrested for DUI on the spot; and took a blood test at the San Diego CHP Office. It was analyzed by Belen Hebred, of the San Diego County Sheriff's Department, with a result of .329!!!!!!!!! WOW!! THAT IS HIGH! August 12, 2004, at the DMV Hearing, WE WIN!!! We will show you!

Christmas Eve-2003!!! FELONY CHARGES-CASE DISMISSED! Our client, Ulyses V., was charged with Armed Robbery! Even though there was a video of the robbery, and the woman robbed identified Ulyses as the robber, AND strangers got Ulyses'license plate as the car sped away from the robbery........GLEN S.FLEETWOOD GOT THE case dismissed. See the case record for yourself! DISMISSAL OF ARMED ROBBERY!

Our client Jesse L. was arrested 2-27-03, in Glendale, CA. He took a breath test, and blew .13, and then .13. Officer Hamilton of the CHP arrested him and put him in jail! December 22, 2003-we hold the second session of his DMV hearing, with extensive documentation from our office as to why all papers written by Officer Hamilton of the CHP should be thrown out as evidence. MOTION GRANTED! Jesse L. gets his license back, NO SUSPENSION!!!!

Great new victory, October 9, 2003! Michael A. was arrested in Thousand Oaks, on February 20, 2003. He blew a .156\.154 at the scene. He ws then taken to East Ventura County Sheriff's Station. There he had a blood test, of .16! His DMV hearing was August 22, 2003. At that hearing MISTER DUI showed the blood test was not done properly. October 9, 2003, the DMV renders its decision. License returned to our client!! No suspension. How do d we do it? Call us, before you sign up with a lawyer who is not a DUI expert..

So many victories we are running out of room. September 25, 2003, we receive the decision on William B., in the mail. William B. was found April 17, 2003, drunk as a skunk in his truck, parked outside the Cowbar Bar in Chatsworth. Engine running, heater on, William slumped over behind the wheel. William admitted drinking all night and took a breath test; .09, .09. Results? July, 2003, all drunk driving charges dropped to "public intoxication". Therefore, no DUI, no "wet reckless", no alcohol program, no license suspension or restriction, no CalTrans, No community service. EVEN BETTER. Today, Sept. 25, 2003, DMV admits we win the DMV hearing held Aug. 13, 2003, and sends back the license!!! No suspension, or restriction, not even for one day!

Christopher P., was arrested in January, in Oceanside. In August of 2003, I personally conducted his DMV hearing, as I do ALL of my clients' DMV hearings. The DMV took his driving privilege; that is, I lost. September 3, 2003, I file a lawsuit against them in San Diego.****** September 24, 2003, The DMV throws in the towel, and agrees to return full driving privileges back to my client, despite it being his 2nd DUI in 6 years.***So if you had another attorney represent you at the DMV, and lost, call us RIGHT NOW for an estimate on winning your case in court!

SCOTT S., arrested and taken to Lost Hills Sheriff Station, by the CHP. Breath test; .10, .09. This occurred on December 22, 2002. Hearing held August 5, 2003. Sounds like tough case, right? Today, Saturday, Sept. 20, 2003-WE WIN!!!!! Decision comes in the mail- "The suspension resulting from the arrest on December 22, 2002, is hereby set aside" says the DMV. Scott NEVER LOST HIS DRIVING PRIVILEGE FOR EVEN ONE DAY!!!! Because he came to us right after he was arrested for DUI.

Redlands cases-we LOVE 'EM!! Sept. 19, 2003, Che L. arrested on Colton, just east of Deja Vu Gentlemen's Club, gets the DUI charges dropped, despite a blood test of .12!! This would have been his second DUI in two years. The prosecutor wanted 45 days in county jail. She didn't get it!! Call us for more details.

Sept. 3, 2003, our client Michael C., arrested in May in Glendale for DUI and refusing to take any tests, goes to trial. We begin our trial, and I file my motions to dismiss the case. Prosecutor rather than risk losing the case, offers to reduce charges to "reckless driving-alcohol related"and to dismiss the DUI charge and the refusal. I wanted to try the case but Michael C. said "No jail??!! No losing my license for a year??!! I'll take it gladly!!!".

ANOTHER "REFUSAL" VICTORY!!!! Our client, Mervyn A., was arrested for DUI in San Fernando in July of 2003. When asked by the CHP officer to take either a breath test, or a blood test, Mervyn told the officer, "Suck My Dick, you Asshole!". We do not advise you do this. Mervyn was arrested (what a surprise!) for DUI with "refusal". August 21, 2003!-GLEN S. FLEETWOOD, "Mister DUI", wins the DMV hearing. Mervyn's license is ON ITS WAY BACK to him in the mail!!!

August 22, 2003: Victories Do NOT GET ANY SWEETER THAN THIS! Patrick O., arrested in Hollywood on Dec. 21, 2002. Breath test .12\.12. D.M.V. hearing held August 8, 2003. WE WIN!!!!! License on its way back to Patrick.

A GREAT victory for sure! Denyce W., second DUI. Arrested January 22, 2003, in front of her house in Venice, where she had just crashed into her neighbor's car! DENYCE SCREAMED at the officers when they demanded she take a blood test. "I won't take your f**king test!! I was not driving!!"Officers charged her with "refusal". After GLEN S. FLEETWOOD takes the case over from Myles Berman's office; (1) refusal allegation dropped by the Airport Court, June of 2003. (2) August 6, 2003, DMV Hearing. Facing two year license suspension...WE WIN!!!! Denyce gets her license back, so she can work, and live a normal life.

June of 2003, James B., crashes his car into a brick wall in Redlands, CA. Taken from the car, he is held down by officers while a blood test is taken. Reading-.33 blood alcohol level. But James has Glen S. Fleetwood, MISTER DUI as his attorney! DMV at first says case is a "refusal", GLEN S. FLEETWOOD shows them they are wrong. They then claim at the DMV hearing, "Well, he must have been over .08!" Wrong again DMV, no scientific proof! RESULT: James B. wins DMV hearing and gets his license back in the mail!!!!!! James B. never loses his driving privilege for even ONE DAY!!!!

Scott S., refused to take any test when stopped for DUI in Agoura on January 11, 2002. APRIL 8, 2002, GLEN S. FLEETWOOD wins the DMV hearing, and Scott's driving privileges are restored. Scott never lost his license, not for one day. Come in, and we can show you how "refusals" are won!

APRIL 9, 2002; Another victory! Peter M. was arrested twice in six months for DUI. And although his first lawyer, a non-DUI expert, convinced him to plead guilty in the first case (a big mistake!), GLEN S. FLEETWOOD did much better on his second case! Peter's drunk driving/DUI charges were dropped to lesser charges, meaning he did not have to go to jail, did not have to attend an 18 month alcohol school, no Cal-trans, no community service!!!!!!!!!! This after blowing a .12 at the scene, having an open bottle of vodka in the car, and blowing a .11/.10 at the station! As for Peter's DMV hearing? Just read below!!!!

ANOTHER SUCCESS! On January 25, 2002, the Los Angeles Superior Court ordered that my client have his driving privileges reinstated until the lawsuit I filed against the DMV is decided. The DMV wrongfully took my client Rouben S.'s license, and once a real judge had read our legal papers, the license is back on, and I expect to win both, the license back, and my client's attorney's fees. More posted as it happens.

THEY DON'T GET BETTER THAN THIS! January 16, 2002; the DMV reviews our evidence, in the case of Peter M. NOTE: I file a thorough legal brief in advance of every DMV hearing! Although this was Peter M.'s second arrest for DUI in six months, and he had blown a .11 at the Lost Hills/Malibu Sheriff's Station, the DMV "set aside" the one year suspension, and returned him his plastic license, based on our legal brief!

BIG WIN! Our client, Philip D., was robbed at the DMV hearing. Yes, even we lose some once in a while. This was his second DUI, so they took his license for a year. So, Glen S. Fleetwood filed a lawsuit against the DMV. October 11, 2001, the DMV surrenders, and agrees to give back the license if Phil will dismiss the lawsuit!! Case closed!

NEW-BIG WIN! September 23, 2001, Glen S. Fleetwood wins the license back for Armando A. Armando was arrested for DUI on May 12, 2001, and took a blood test. Result of that test was .19%!!! But he got his license back without any suspension, thanks to Glen S. Fleetwood.

August 29, 2001, DMV returns the license of Kevin M. On November 1, 2000, Kevin M. rear ended another car and was arrested for DUI by the LAPD. He blew .15/.14 at the scene, then refused further tests! This was his second DUI in just three years. But GLEN S. FLEETWOOD stopped the DMV from taking his license for 2 years. At the hearing on August 20, 2001, GLEN S. FLEETWOOD showed them the arrest was illegal. So Mr. M. never lost his license, not for one day. Court case is still pending.

August 28, 2001, Charles M. wins his DMV hearing, held August 20, 2001, when GLEN S. FLEETWOOD shows the DMV that they could not prove Charles M. was over .08 at the time of driving! License returned, no suspension!!!!!!

August 21, 2001, Rouben S. has the charges dropped from a second DUI, to reckless driving (not "wet" reckless). No alcohol school, no license suspension, AND NO JAIL for Rouben, despite blowing a .12 and .12 at the Foothill jail.

August 21, 2001, Wendy W. receives her license back from the DMV, after GLEN S. FLEETWOOD wins her DMV hearing. Wendy refused all tests when she was arrested for DUI in December! But she did not lose her license for one day! And the court dismissed the DUI charges and the allegation of refusal, after GLEN S. FLEETWOOD showed them the arrest was illegal!

*client pled "no-contest" to a charge of VC 23103, reckless driving (not "alcohol related" reckless driving).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The judges of the Los Angeles Municipal court system have been given a bulletin telling them that a first DUI carries mandatory jail! I have shown a half dozen of them already this is wrong, and saved numerous clients from spending 48 hours (or more) in the slammer. If you want my help avoiding this mistake by the Los Angeles judges, call me before you do anything in your case, especially before you enter a plea. *indicates a dismisaal of 23152 and\or 23153 charges; client pled to 23103, per 23103.5, alcohol related reckless driving.

**indicats a plea to reckles diving, NOT alcohol related.

Bulletins & Warnings:

BULLETIN:

WRITS! If you are considering hiring a DUI attorney, ask him\her how many times he has sucessfully sued the DMV for the return of the license of his client. Most lawyers will just give up if they lose the DMV hearing. But I can file a writ on behalf of my client, suing the DMV and asking A REAL JUDGE IN A REAL COURT to order the license returned. The court can even order attorneys fees paid by the DMV back to the driver!!! Please call to make an appointment come by and see our collection of court victories!

HAVE YOU BEEN CHARGED WITH "REFUSAL"? YOU ARE ALMOST CERTAINLY NOT GUILTY! See the latest results of our clients, Will U., and Michael J., above

The law, as it is written, makes you "not guilty" of a refusal allegation. How? Come to our office and we will discuss your case in private. Remember, law enforcement reads this web page too!

WARNING!

TIME LIMITS: You have only TEN days to request your DMV Admin Per Se hearing following a DUI arrest! Talk about unfair! You have 30 days to respond in almost any other civil suit, why should the DMV get a "sweeter deal" trying to take your license?!!!? Best advice? Call me as soon as you can after your DUI arrest. I will schedule your DMV hearing in a way that maximizes your chances of wining the hearing. I know which DMV hearing officers are fair (not many), and which will always take your license away. Most of them are the second variety (See below). We have a system for getting your case heard by a fair hearing officer.

INTERNATIONAL LICENSE? Have you received email about an "International Driver's License?" Be careful, it could be a scam! Batches of these phony licenses coming from the (fictional) "British West Indies" are being sold over the internet as authentic documents. You could be arrested for attempting to use one!

DEPORTATION-THE NEW THREAT! Any driver who is a not a U.S. citizen, who is, or has been, convicted of any felony DUI has a serious chance of being deported. A new court ruling has declared all DUI felonies to be crimes of violence. This is of course, not true, but it is the law. Some states have started rounding up persons with old convictions on the record and deporting them. If you have been arrested for DUI and are not a citizen, do not wait, see an attorney now! We can help you with both the criminal and immigration aspects of your case. We speak Spanish, Farsi, Korean, Mandarin, and Japanese.

A STRANGE CONNECTION: Prostitution and Driver's Licenses? What is the connection? Unbelievably, for arrests after Jan. 1, 1999, a conviction for soliciting, or prostitution under 647(a) or 647(b), means the court will restrict your license for 6 months to driving to and from work, or to and from school. This restriction can be very difficult to explain to your family and friends. Best advice; Don't get arrested for prostitution. But if you do? CALL ME NOW at 1-(800) 525-2948.
